EASI-SET^® INDUSTRIES ANNOUNCES NEW RESTROOM BUILDING

FAIRFIELD, CT. - Easi-Set^® Industries announces its newest product line in restroom buildings, the Double Outback^®. One of the first installations of the Double Outback^® was in Fairfield, CT. at the Patterson Golf Course.

The beautifully landscaped Patterson Golf Course required two additional restrooms to be located throughout the course. Wanting to accommodations for both men and women and needing a structure that would compliment the already lovely landscape, Easi-Set^® Industries’ Double Outback^® was chosen for the job. Patterson Golf Course wanted a plumbed unit but needed a large in-ground holding tank, as no septic tank was available. Easi-Set^® engineered a special tank for this application and provided the Double Outback^® with a central chase for plumbing and access for grounds maintenance to service the restrooms.

The Double Outback^® is entirely constructed from precast concrete and delivered as a pre-assembled unit. As all Easi-Set^® Industries’ transportable precast concrete buildings, the Double Outback^® provides durability, flexibility and cost effectiveness.

Easi-Set^® buildings use a patented post-tensioned roof system that withstands all weather, temperature, impact and seismic conditions. Installation is made easy, in only one day, with minimal site preparation. Easi-Set^® buildings are locally manufactured throughout North America and delivered directly on site.

Easi-Set^® buildings are vandal resistant due to the steel reinforced precast concrete construction, tamper-proof hinges, dead bolt locks and 18-guage galvanized steel insulated doors. The steel formed interiors provide maintenance free, smooth and easy to clean surfaces. All Easi-Set^® Restrooms meet A.D.A. standards and accessibility requirements.
