CDL Class
A Driver |
Qualified drivers must possess a minimum 1-year OTR experience and a class CDL. |
|
|
Crane Operator |
Experienced operator who is familiar with rough terrain. |
|
|
Finish Precision Carpenter |
Designs and constructs forms with a high degree of complexity. Plans, lays out work from drawings, blueprints or verbal instructions. Requires completion of formal apprenticeship or equivalent training experience. |

|
Form Carpenter
|
Experienced in reading and interpreting blueprints and be competent in the use of hand and power tools applicable to the trade.
|
|
|
Maintenance Mechanics
|
Experienced with mobile equipment, tractors, loaders, cranes and forklifts; experience with diesel engines desired. General Plant Maintenance includes conveyors, overhead cranes and concrete mixers. |

|
Maintenance Mechanic / Electrician
|
Experience with cranes and electrical controls desired. Must have strong skills in troubleshooting plant electrical equipment. General plant maintenance includes conveyors, and concrete mixers.

|
|
Maintenance Supervisor
|
This position is hands on. Experience with mobile equipment, tractors, loaders, cranes, and forklifts; experience with diesel engines and electrical controls desired. General plant maintenance includes conveyors, overhead cranes and concrete mixers.

|
|
Production Manager
|
Direct and manage manufacturing operations; Provide leadership, management and technical expertise to manufacturing functions; Monitor and control operation to achieve cost, quantity, schedules and quality goals, using sound and feasible structural engineering principles and concrete technology. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Concrete Technology, or a very closely related field. At least two (2) years experience in pre-cast manufacturing. |

Production Plant Worker
|
Must have the ability to read a tape measure; ability to lift 50 lbs or more; read fractions; able to function in a fast paced environment; experience with concrete a plus but not necessary.
