Executive Assistant

This position will report directly to the CEO.  The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have a minimum of 5 years experience working directly with a senior company official.  Duties include transcribing dictation using a Dictaphone,  attending senior staff meetings and preparing minutes, maintaining CEO’s daily calendar and scheduling appointments, arranging company travel, preparing expense reports, preparing and sending out promotional packages to potential customers, supervising office personnel, maintaining office files and resource library, and managing the licensee and potential investor lists as needed. 
 

 

 

Deputy Director, Technical Services

 

This position involves review and development and of product drawings, development of training manuals, directing out-sourced engineering and product testing, preparing submittals for product approvals, and participating in trade shows, and periodic travel to train new Licensees.  Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to multitask, being a fast study, and have strong oral and communication skills. Knowledge of Excel and Autocad are a plus. 5 years of related or construction experience plus two years of college or trade school are needed. This position reports to the Technical Director.
