Executive Administrative Assistant / Office Manager This position reports directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have a minimum of 5 years experience working directly with a senior company official. Duties include transcribing dictation using a Dictaphone, attending senior staff meetings and preparing minutes, maintaining CEO’s daily calendar and scheduling appointments, arranging company travel, preparing expense reports, preparing and sending out promotional packages to potential customers, supervising office personnel, maintaining office files and resource library, and managing the licensee and potential investor lists as needed.
